 Delivery and Click and Collect

At Bikeline we do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with in-store pick up. After placing your order and select local pick up at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready to pick up within 24 hours. We will send you a confirmation email, please show this when you collect the items.

Australia Wide Delivery

We ship Australia wide via Australia Post and TNT express.

When goods are in-stock, orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. If an item is unavailable for any reason we will contact you to advise the delivery date.

You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped, this will include a tracking number. Delays in delivery times are out of our control. If lengthy delays are experienced, please contact us at Toowoomba@bikeline.com.au and we can assist in discussions with the particular delivery service.

Bikes On a case by case basis and typically only shipping to a local store near you. Please call our store to discuss.

Larger items such as Children’s seats and Wheel sets have a separate delivery cost as shown in the table above.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges (this is a summary, please visit our full return policy here)

For online orders: Please inspect your order upon reception. In the event an item is damaged in any way please visit us in store or via email at Toowoomba@bikeline.com.au as soon as possible.

In principle all returns, exchanges and refunds shall be dealt with in person at our store located at 13 Railway Street, Toowoomba, QLD, 4350. Please always bring the complete product in its original packaging and your proof of purchase.

If you can't come to our store then any related postage cost for your return, exchange or refund are to be covered by you. You can contact at Toowoomba@bikeline.com.au to request our assistance.

If you've purchased the product from us online or as a gift for another person and the product is the wrong size we will assist you in exchanging it for another size within 30 days of purchase. Any returned products in these cases need to be in a unused and saleable condition for us to accept your exchange. If we can't find an acceptable exchange for you we will provide you with a gift voucher to use at a later date.

Many of our products are covered under warranties by their manufacturers. This could vary from 1 year to lifetime warranties, depending on the product. Some products (such as Roval wheels) have coverage that even covers accidental damage while riding them. Please refer to the product information received with your product for more information about the warranty of that particular product.

Exchange - Bikes: In principal we don't exchange bikes after they have left the shop.

  • In store purchases: Our team would have assisted you and advised you on the right sizing and the rider would have been offered the opportunity to test ride it prior to your decision to purchase.
  • Online / over the phone purchases: If you have purchased a bicycle online or over the phone it is your responsibility to have chosen the right bicycle for your goals and the right size. We recommend testing a similar bicycle prior to purchase and we recommend a bike sizing to be performed at your local store to ensure the bike is set up to your body posture. Significant cost would have been made by us to get the bicycle to you in a built up state.
  • In the exceptional case where we do accept an exchange all cost related to preparation shipping etc will be billable to you.
