  • Adjust front and rear derailleur
  • Adjust front and rear brakes
  • Full Bike Wash
  • Degrease chain and cassette
  • Lubricate chain
  • Adjust front and rear derailleur

  • Check and tighten headset, stem and bars
  • Check and tighten cranks and pedals
  • Check Wheel condition and inflate tyres
  • Inspect and adjust all bolts to recommended torque settings
