Rod has a history in cycling, both racing and recreational, which harks back even longer than he may like to admit. As a keen junior in his hometown of Nambour, Rod was soon wiping the streets with local opponents before progressing through the grades over the coming years.With his passion for cycling only rivalled by his love for sales and service, it was only a matter of time before he was headhunted by the Cosgroves. After many years of gentle persuasion, Rod finally came across from a highly sucessfull sales career in the "rag trade" to join the Bikeine Team in 2004.

Sometimes accused by his "friends" of treating his cycling more as a religion than a pastime, Rod can be seen on the road pretty much every day of the year regardless of the weather conditions.His knowledge and expertise are second to none and his dedicated customer service is unsurpassed. Michael Sharp

The BMX Guru, "Sharpy" has a great BMX racing record and his infectious smile is known across every BMX track in SE Qld and beyond.

Constantly researching the latest in BMX developments and trends, Sharpy brings a wealth of BMX experience to the Bikeline Team. Still an avid racer and dedicated member of the Toowoomba BMX Club his knowledge is a great attribute to the local BMX scene.

Suzanne Waldron

Suzanne joined the Bikeline Team in early 2006. Like all the Crew she is a passionate cyclist and is a pivotal player in the extremely robust ladies scene which is Club Bikeline.

With a background in sales and administration she was a great find and adds exuberance to the workplace mix. As a welcome foil (and ally) to Donnamaree, the girls now gang up and even have the audacity to think they actually run the place!!!

Donnamaree Cosgrove

Donnamaree heads up the day to day operations of the Team and oversees stock management and product research. In addition to these specific duties, she is an avid cyclist and has a sensational group of female compatriots who regularly ride together. Lovingly referred to as the Bikeline WOW (Women On Wheels) Factor, these gals knock out a great social time as well as cover the miles. In 2010, Donnamaree will be the lead rider in Tailwind Tours first ever WOW Tour which will see the ladies luxuriously housed in a Spa like environment with access to great food and wineries followed by a few days shopping in a major metropolis before heading home.

Kerry Cosgrove

Kerry is the other half of the Cosgroves. With a background in sports administration it seemed logical to him to go into the bicycle business and from small beginnings he, together with Donnamaree, has grown the business through three site location changes, each time expanding floor and warehouse space and each time offering the latest and greatest merchandising and stock options for the Bikeline clientele.

Before the recent road cycling boom Kerry pioneered the Van supported rides which are now famous Australia wide. From small beginnings, the Saturday and Sunday rides grew in numbers and in strength as riders utilised the safety valve of van support to venture further and further into the beautiful Darling Downs Countryside.

An active advocate for all things cycling, he is currently working with the Toowoomba Regional Council in pursuit of a Cycling Criterium Course and with local groups in cycle tourism and potential rail trail developments.

With extensive knowledge of, and contacts in, the travel industry he is the designer and organiser of all Tailwind Tours, both National and International.
